Virtual Music accepts all types of artistic material that the client wishes to include in "my MDP", but it reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to reject totally or in part the following types of material:

A) IMAGES OR LYRICS WITH PORNOGRAPHIC CONTENT OR THAT ARE SEXUALLY EXPLICIT.

B) IMAGES OR LYRICS CONTAINING TERRORISTIC CONTENT OR EXTREME ACTS OF VIOLENCE, OR THAT ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO COMMIT TERRORIST ACTS OR EXTREME ACTS OF VIOLENCE.

C) IMAGES OR LYRICS OF A RACIST NATURE, THAT DENIGRATES OR OFFENDS EXPLICITLY ANY HUMAN or THAT ENCOURAGES ACTS OF VIOLENCE AGAINST PEOPLE or ORGANIZATIONS OF ANY RACIAL GROUP.

D) IMAGES OR LYRICS WITH ANTI-RELIGIOUS CONTENT, THAT DENIGRATES OR EXPLICITLY OFFENDS ANY RELIGION, or THAT ENCOURAGES ACTS OF VIOLENCE AGAINST PEOPLE or ORGANIZATIONS OF ANY RELIGION.

If after the client has uploaded the material for the processing of "my MDP", Virtual Music considers, at its sole discretion, that some of the material is objectionable in any of the 4 above-mentioned categories, it will communicate with the client to suggest sending new material to replace that which is considered unacceptable. In the event that the client does not wish to replace the material, or insists that the original material provided be used, Virtual Music, at its sole discretion, reserves the right TO CANCEL the order for processing and duplication of "my MDP", according to the policies of cancellation clearly explained in this Web page
