Once you have ordered "my MDP", and any additional copies, a small box will be shipped to you containing the following:

1. DVD (1 or 50 or 100) "my MDP", professional grade, printed in color on the surface, with your data: Artist Name, E-mail address, and Telephone Number.

2. White paper covers (1 or 50 or 100) with window and flap.

3. Peel & seal hite reinforced cardboard mailers (1 or 50 or 100), for shipment by mail, or courier. The size is according to the minimums required by the postal offices (51/4 in X 51/4 in) or (13,33 cm X 13,33 cm).

It will be sent by one of 2 possible companies, depending on the city and the country to be send: UPS/USPS:

IMPORTANT NOTE
The Country of origin is the U.S.A. In the case of any other country, the necessary customs documentation will be enclosed, with the understanding that they will be the most favorable for the client, to facilitate little or no charge for import duties. This aspect is subject to the customs and policies of each country at the time of receipt.

In any case, Virtual Music WILL NOT be held responsible for any Customs and/or Custom Agents charges and expenses. If the laws in the country of delivery impose it, any additional costs incurred will have to be covered in their totality by the client.
