HOW DO I PREPARE "my MDP" CONTENT
All the material provided will have to be in digital format, since it will be uploaded via the Internet. It is very important that you follow the instructions as they are specified to prepare the material correctly. Be sure that in the case of text, the spelling be correct, because in the event that you upload information with misspellings, they will not be corrected, and they will be inserted as received.
Virtual Music is NOT responsible for mistaken information or spelling errors in the material that the artist has provided for the customization of the MDP. If "my MDP" already has entered into the production phase, and contains errors because of the client, the client will have to send the new corrected information for its reprocessing, and will be charged between 25% and 50% of the original cost of "my MDP". In case the duplicates have already been created, they will have to be produced again, and at the retail cost, according to the number of copies.
There are 4 types of files that have to be provided; three of them, must be within a folder that you must create with the following names: IMAGES, AUDIO and VIDEO; the TEXT will be provided in a form that you can find on this same menu called: "my MDP content - Text"; (you can download this form to use as a reference. The real form, will be found on the "Upload Page", you will receive after you place the order of "my MDP"). Once the IMAGES and AUDIO (the VIDEO folder will be uploaded separately and with a different upload form and DO NOT HAVE TO BE COMPRESSED) folders, with their respective files are ready, they will have to be compressed using compression software like: "WinZip" or "Stuffit" for Windows; "Stuffit" or "Create Archive" (Mac OSX) for Macintosh..
If you do not have any of these applications, you can click on the button "Compression Tools" on the left side of this Web page, and it will display free compression applications for Windows 95 to XP or Macintosh OS 9, for you to download. In the case of Mac OS X, in the "Finder", you can look at "File" / "Create Archive". All you must do in this case is to select the folder that you want to compress and from the menu of the "Finder" choose the option mentioned before. It will create a compressed file on the "desktop", with the original name and the extension: ".zip".
