Virtual Music offers You the option to cancel "my MDP" for a period of thirty (30) days from the day of placing Your order, subject to the following:

A. Once "my MDP" order has been placed, and payment cleared, an automatic e-mail, with a "client number", an "order number", a "user and password", and a "special link", will be generated by the system and sent to You. This e-mail will provide You with the instructions for uploading the Text, Images and Audio to produce "my MDP". The link, and user and password will only be active during the thirty (30) days period.

B. You will be able to cancel "my MDP" at any time during the first fifteen (15) days of the thirty (30) days period with the 100% reimbursement of Your payment, provided that You have not uploaded the "my MDP" material.

C. If after sixteen (16) days from "my MDP" order, "my MDP" material has not been uploaded yet, Virtual Music will contact You requesting that "my MDP" material be uploaded before the thirty (30) days period expires, to avoid the automatic cancellation of the order. If You do not upload "my MDP" material after the expiration of the thirty (30) days from the day You placed "my MDP" order, or request additional time (extra fifteen (15) days maximum); the order will automatically be cancelled; and You will have to place the order again. Automatic cancellations will cost 10% of the total amount of the order, reimbursing only 90% of the original purchase price.

D. Once "my MDP" material has been uploaded, and "my MDP" is in the production process, but NOT yet in the duplication process, You can cancel "my MDP" order for a cost of 15% of the total order, with a reimbursement only of the 85% of the original purchase price.

F. if the order is already in the duplication process, or the delivery process, the order is NOT cancelable.
To request a cancellation, it's necessary to e-mail such request to the electronic address: cancel@virtuals.us Once the request has been received, Virtual Music Customer will notify You via e-mail during the following 72 hours with an answer to Your request.
